SBA Is Offering Economic Injury Loans to Businesses and Non-Profit Organization in Tennessee

SBA is offering low-interest, federal economic injury disaster loans to small businesses and non-profit organizations in Tennessee for the Presidential disaster declaration due to the severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, and flooding that occurred from April 2-24.

Business owners can apply for Economic Injury Disaster (EIDL) Loans. The interest rates begin at 4.00% for businesses. The interest rate for private non-profit organizations is 3.625%. SBA offers loans with long-term repayments to keep payments affordable, up to a maximum of 30 years. Business owners may apply online via SBA’s secure website at www.sba.gov/disaster.

Applicants may also call SBA’s Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov  for more information on SBA disaster assistance. Individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing may call 711.
